KCYL is the official Youth Organization of Arch-Eparchy of Kottayam. It is formally inaugurated in the diocese on 1969 by the late Bishop Mar Thomas Tharayil. Knanaya Catholic Youth League of Kuwait is the youth wing of KKCA with KKCA President as its Director. The members of Kuwait KCYL are those who have membership with KKCA and Unmarried Youth in the age between 18 and 32.

KCYL committee is formed every year before Annual General Body of KKCA. Each Year Governing Body consists of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Joint secretary, Treasurer, Coordinators, Joint Director and Director. All programs, functions and activities are carried out under the guidance of KKCA.
